As we ready to open registration for the 2021 season this Black Friday, we have two volunteer positions available on our Board of Directors - effective immediately - and we are actively looking to fill them. The positions are:
Secretary to the Executive Committee (President and Vice-Presidents) and Board of Directors
Roles and responsibilities include monthly Board of Directors meeting cadence and location scheduling, minutes capture and task assignments, tracking of monthly checklist completion, etc. – essentially helping the President and the Board stay on track!
Director, Season Ending Awards Coordination & Uniforms Support
Roles and responsibilities include coordination of annual post-season mementos and awards, developing proposals within budget, and securing Board sign-off. The candidate will also support annual workflows associated with ordering, packaging, and distributing uniforms, under guidance of the Director of Uniforms, as needed.
Director, Concessions and Fundraising
Roles and responsibilities include coordination of annual concessions stand at Plymouth Township Park, Heritage Park, and other PCLL parks. Other responsibilities include annual Lawn Sign coordination, annual gear swap, and other fundraising opportunities as you are inspired to pursue.
We are also canvassing for someone interested to do gameday field prep in 2021 - Mondays to Thursdays, April to July. All materials are provided, you just provide the labor. If you are interested or know someone who would be, contact us for more information and per-prep payment details.
